Right to Remain Toolkit

**OUT OF STOCK**

The printed book version of the Toolkit is currently out of stock. Please use the Toolkit website, where you can download every section in pdf format, and print if necessary.

Since printing the third edition in June 2016 we have distributed 1,000 copies to people going through the asylum and immigration system, volunteers, activists, advisers and support workers. The print version was made possible through public donations, and has proved extremely popular.

We would like to thank everyone who has donated, and assure you that we plan to print more soon. You can help by making a donation.

As with all our resources, we provide this Toolkit free of charge to anyone who needs it. However, if you or your organisation can make a donation it will help us to keep producing the Toolkit and getting it to as many people as possible.

If you cannot donate, please type zero in the donations box.

If you can donate, please put an amount in the box. Donations are made online at the checkout using debit or credit card, via Paypal, or by direct bank transfer.

The Right to Remain Toolkit is a guide to the UK immigration and asylum system. It gives an overview of the legal system and procedures, with detailed information on rights and options at key stages, and actions you can take in support of your claim, or to help someone else.

The Toolkit is primarily a website, but we have also produced a 185-page book version.

As with all our resources, training and support, we provide this Toolkit free of charge to anyone who needs it. However, if you or your organisation can make a donation it will help us to keep producing the Toolkit and getting it to as many people as possible.
